I spoke with Karla on the phone and by email to place a baby shower cake order. I sent her photos showing the theme and colors - and she knocked it out of the park! Everyone commented about how great the cake tasted people kept asking, “Where did you get this cake!?†I hope this leads to more cake orders for Bing’s because they do a great job

Our family, 3 generations, have been going here for years. Carla and staff are great. Always have a great variety of foods priced competitively. We get all our cakes here, and had fabulous wedding cupcakes. A tip, they are very busy Saturday’s between 10-2. Go most other times it’s not so busy. Get their early on Saturday and most times they have donuts!

Best local bakery. A little on the expensive side, but its worth the price. Be sure to get your treat as early as possible, as they frequently sell out of smaller items.

Stopped at Bing's as I had made a delivery up the road. The staff was very helpful and I bought some pastries and a raspberry chocolate cake to take home to Virginia. Everything was fresh and delicious, will stop by again when I'm in Newark. Thanks.

Love Bing's! An iconic Newark establishment. Great place to stop in the morning for a coffee and a bite. I can vouch for the cinnamon rolls, and sticky buns being cheap and tasty. Huge selection. Go spend your money!

The shop was quite busy during my visit. But, the service was plesant and quick.The wait time allowed me to view the offered products.Everything on display was beautiful!I purchased cinnamon buns.The young lady who passed me the pastries, smiled and chatted in a friendly manner.The price was reasonable, and the food delicious!The front of the facility is a bit worn. However, I would recommend it, without a doubt.

I've been enjoying this delicious haven of confection creations for 5 decades. One of the few remaining iconic shops of Main Street; Missing Pilnick Shoes, Murray's suits, the old Wilmington Trust bank, and Blue Hen lanes. Now it's just a traffic nightmare with crazy parking payment system...miss the 5 cent meters too.
